1. Download the mytaptrack mobile app for iPhone and iPad from the Apple store.
Now let's prepare a QR code to add/sync the student's tracking information into your mobile app. The QR code is a one time use code and once scanned into a mobile app, it is expired. The QR code will also expire based on parameters that you will set below.
2. Go to https://portal.mytaptrack.com/signin and log into your mytaptrack account.
3. Choose the student to be added/synced from the roster on the left side of the dashboard. (see image below)
4. Click "Settings" from the main navigation bar in the upper left side of the screen. (see image below)
5. Click the "Devices" tab. (see image below)
6. If you see No Devices Registered, click "Register Device" if no device has been previously added/synced. If a device has already been added/synced, jump to step 7.
7. Click "+New Mobile App". (see image below)
8. Complete the blue shaded form and click "Generate". (see image below)
9. A unique QR code is generated and will be used to scan the student's tracking information into the mytaptrack mobile app. You can also print the QR code with instructions and disseminate to others on the student's support team for accessibility in tracking the student from the mobile app. (see image below)
10. Open the mytaptrack mobile app on your iPhone or iPad.
11. Click "Settings" from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen on your mobile device. (see top image below)
12. Click "Scan QR Code". (see top image below)
13. Use the mobile device to scan the QR code directly from your computer screen or from a printed document. The student will now show up at the top of the settings screen. (see middle image below)
14. Click "Home" from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen on your mobile device. (see bottom image below)
15. Use the scroll wheel at the bottom of the screen to rotate between students. Repeat the steps to generate a QR code and scan each student to be tracked into your mytaptrack mobile app. (see bottom image below)
