Welcome to mytaptrack®! Setting up your personal account is the first step towards leveraging our platform to enhance your teaching and student management experience. Follow these easy instructions to start your journey with mytaptrack®.
Step 1: Create your account
- Visit the Sign-Up Page: Open your web browser and go to https://app.mytaptrack.com.
- Create Your Account: Click the “Create Account” tab, and either create an account

Fill Out Your Information: On the sign-up page, you will find fields to enter your basic information. Please fill in the following:
- First Name: Enter your first name as you would like it to appear on your account.
- Last Name: Enter your last name. This will also appear on your account and any communications.
- Display Name: Choose a display name. This name will be visible to other users on the platform, so pick something that represents you well.
- State: Select the state you are operating from or the state of your school's location.
- Zipcode: Enter the zipcode of your area. This helps us tailor your mytaptrack® experience to your locale.
Step 2: Agree to the Terms of Service
Read the Terms of Service: It’s important to understand the policies and guidelines that govern the use of mytaptrack®. Please take a moment to read through the Terms of Service.
- Check the Box: Once you’ve read and understood the Terms of Service, please check the box indicating your agreement. This is a mandatory step before you can proceed with your account setup.
Step 3: Selecting Your Subscription
Navigate to Subscription Options:

Navigate To Subscriptions: Click on the “Subscription” tab located at the top of the page, or
You can directly click the “Manage Subscription” button if it's visible on your current page. - Choose Your Subscription Type: Here, you’ll find various subscription options tailored to different needs and functionalities. Select the subscription type that best suits what you want to accomplish with mytaptrack®. Each option will detail the features and benefits, helping you make an informed decision.
Confirmation: After selecting your subscription type, you will be automatically logged out when the new license is applied. Sign in again and your account and subscription will be active.
After setting up your account, you will need to enroll students to track.
